This giveaway is organized by Meat Heritage, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
The giveaway will take place on the official social networks of Meat Heritage, namely Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok, depending on the promotional post with which the participant interacts.
Participation must take place on the same social network where the participant viewed the giveaway post.
The giveaway begins on June 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM on July 22, 2026, Continental Portugal time.
Only entries submitted within this period will be considered valid.
3 winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive: 1 portable grill, as shown in promotional images, 2 packs of Smash Burgers Prime Meat, and 2 packs of Prime Meat minced meat.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced by other products, except by decision of the Organizer in case of unavailability due to force majeure.
To participate in the giveaway, each participant must mandatorily complete all of the following steps:
The three actions above are mandatory for the entry to be considered valid.
Each participant may comment multiple times, provided they tag different friends in each comment.
Repeated comments, fake profiles, suspicious profiles, or entries considered fraudulent may be disqualified without prior notice.
Participation is permitted only to natural persons aged 18 or older.
Participation assumes that the participant is authorized to use the account through which they enter and complies with the rules of the respective social network.
The 3 winners will be randomly selected from among all participants who fully meet the entry requirements.
The selection will take place after the end of the giveaway, through a random method defined by the Organizer.
The winners will be announced on the official Meat Heritage social networks.
Meat Heritage will contact each winner via direct message on the social network where the entry was submitted, or through the official Meat Heritage Instagram, when applicable.
Each winner will have up to 7 days to reply to the message sent by the Organizer.
If any winner does not respond within the specified deadline, loses eligibility, or their participation cannot be validated, a new winner will be selected using the same random method.
Prize delivery will be coordinated directly between Meat Heritage and each winner.
Meat Heritage reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these terms and conditions, shows signs of fraud, use of fake profiles, automation, spam, or any behavior that compromises the transparency of the giveaway.
Personal data collected within the scope of this giveaway will be used exclusively for managing participation, selecting and contacting winners, and coordinating prize delivery.
By participating, the participant accepts that their username may be published on Meat Heritage’s official social networks if selected as a winner.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok.
By participating, the participant acknowledges providing their information to the Organizer and not to the aforementioned platforms.
Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Meat Heritage reserves the right to amend these terms, postpone, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, should exceptional circumstances justify doing so.
Any omitted matter will be analyzed and decided by the Organizer.
